Due to the nature of our handmade skincare products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund.
